Dashboard Tour

Your dashboard is where you run the store. Here's what each section is for and when you'll use it.

Home

The landing page is a grid of live widgets: today's revenue, this month's revenue, orders that need attention, pending reviews, recent orders, and a conversion funnel. If a number looks off, click through to the underlying page to investigate.

Main — the operational menu

  • Orders — every order across every status. Filter by status, search by customer, jump to a proof.
  • Products — your catalog, with inline stock and status. Create new products here.
  • Categories — how products are grouped on the storefront. Drag to reorder.
  • Customers — everyone who's signed in or placed an order. Click a customer to see their order history.
  • Discounts — promo codes, percentage off, fixed amount off, or free shipping.
  • Reviews — incoming customer reviews. Moderate before they appear on the storefront.
  • Shipping — rates and zones. Configure flat rates or free-over thresholds.
  • Templates — reusable customization templates (text fields, file uploads, color pickers) that products can share.

Tenant — store-level settings

  • Store Settings — store name, currency, contact email, custom domain.
  • Billing — your plan, payment method, and invoices for your Copper Anvil subscription.

Tips that save time

  • Use the Orders status filter to build a daily routine: check CUSTOMIZATION_SUBMITTED first, then proof approvals, then shipping.
  • Your widgets load fresh on every page view — no need to refresh.
  • Star a product as featured to show it on your homepage hero.
